Bio

Jeffrey M. Voth is President of Herren Associates, Inc., an engineering and technology firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. He writes on defense acquisition, industrial capacity, and the delivery of military capability at scale, including the transition of next-generation capabilities from development into deployable systems under conditions of speed, complexity, and fiscal constraint.

His work draws on more than 25 years of experience supporting U.S. cooperation with allies and partners. He has led strategic, technical, and execution-focused efforts across major defense programs, including large-scale benchmarking of forecasting performance across more than 100 major defense acquisition programs spanning multiple commodity classes.

Current affiliations include the CentroNía Board of Directors, Interactive Government Holdings Advisory Board, and Executive Sponsor for the Partnership for Public Service’s Leadership Excellence for Acquisition Professionals (LEAP) program.

He earned an MSc with distinction from St. Catherine’s College, University of Oxford, focused on the economic risk and performance of global megaprojects, an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
